Uyi Oronsaye is currently a partner and founding member of Turony&Saifo Law Firm. He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate law, property law and arbitration. He is a board member of Goswift Technology Africa and consults for several other companies.

Mr. Oronsaye was a pioneer staff of MTN Nigeria where he rose to become the company’s Regional Head in charge of Property and Site Acquisition. He equally has worked with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and several law firms where he cut his legal teeth.

Mr. Oronsaye holds LL.B and LL.M degrees both from University of Ibadan. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, (United Kingdom) and possesses several certifications in Finance and Management courses.

Hakeem is currently the founder/CEO of Afric Holidays Travels Limited- A premium Hospitality and Travel Service Provider. He is also the co-founder of Terragon Limited, a full -service digital and mobile services outfit that develops e-business channels and TRA Oil Field Services, an Oil and Gas Service Company.

Hakeem Condotti has previously worked with MTech Nigeria as the head of product development and later general manager, East Africa where he was tasked with the responsibility of establishing the company’s operations in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. He has also worked with Sony Center, United Kingdom as a project manager and Metropolitan Bank as an internal control officer.

Hakeem Condotti is a professional with over 22 years’ experience in Project Management, Technological Innovations/Solution, Internal Control and Operations Management. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos and M.Sc. in International Business Economics from the University of Westminster, United Kingdom.

Larry Ifada is the founder/CEO of Fomsel Options – a Venture Capital and Capital and Investment Company. He has over 25 years’ experience spanning from Banking to Forex Trading and Alternative Investment.

Mr. Ifada began his banking career with United Bank for Africa before moving to Zenith Bank where he served for 14 years in Operations, Marketing and Branch Management.

Mr. Ifada holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Abrose Ali University, Ekpoma and a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)

Imhoudu Mamudu is the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Finance Company Limited. He is a multifaceted experienced professional well versed in the areas of Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Financial Management, Banking Operations, Micro Finance Banking, Credit Analysis (Secured and Unsecured Lending) and Private Equity. He is credited with a proven record to have shouldered the burden of successfully starting and nurturing three companies to good health.

Imhoudu was previously with Prasz Limited (a family office private equity firm) as partner responsible for Origination and Transaction Execution; Gapbridge Micro Finance Bank as Group Head responsible for Bank Wide Operations, Risk Management and Information Technology; Zenith Bank Plc – various units spanning Banking Operations, Relationship Management and Risk Management.

Imhoudu brings to bear vast knowledge and experience in Financial Law, Economic Analysis, Credit Analysis, Banking Operation, Risk Management and Financial Management. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, an MBA degree in Financial Management from the Lagos State University, an MSc degree in Economics from the University of Lagos and LL.M degree in International Finance and Banking Law from the University of Liverpool. He is a certified Micro Finance Banker and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Paul Okunaniya was appointed as an independent director in December 2019. He has over 18 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector with a deep understanding of Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Credit and Private Equity.

Paul is currently the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Platform Capital and sits on the board of a number of companies in Nigeria, Ghana and Uganda including Psaltry International, Rusomo Capital, Summoyo (an Australian renewable energy company) and Ingressive Capital. Prior to this, he was a Senior Investment Manager with Africinvest covering investments in sub-Saharan Africa largely in Nigeria and Ghana.

His previous roles included Director of Corporate Finance at First Capital Trust Limited and several roles in the service of Access Bank, United Bank for Africa and Zenith Bank.

Paul holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and an MBA degree both from the Lagos State University. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom, a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI), United Kingdom and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

Temitope is the HR Director (West & Central Africa) British American Tobacco Company where she was previously the Area Head of Rewards in charge of designing global rewards and Pay Delivery Strategy, Expatriate Management and Immigration Support.

She has previously worked with Stanbic IBTC Bank as the Head, HR Shared Service and in various units of KPMG Professional Services rising to the position of Senior Manager..

Temitope is a Chartered Accountant and HR Professional with vast experience in Tax Compliance Consulting and Compensation Management, Auditing and Corporate and Personal Tax Administration. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and an MBA (Personnel Management) from the University of Leicester. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Mayowa Onu began her career with Professionals Development Institute Limited- a Human Capital Development firm where she spent about a year and a half. Over the years, she has built a career in both Human Resource Management and Finance.

She moved on to Gapbridge Microfinance Bank where she handled various responsibilities within Operations including Customer Service and Funds transfer before she rose to the position of Head of Operations. She was transferred to the Financial Control Department where she was directly responsible for the company’s financial reporting and rendition of returns to all Regulatory Authorities.

In 2011, she moved on to set up Leoamethyst Limited- a logistics company which she managed until 2015 when she joined Crystal Finance as Head, Treasury, Finance and Accounts and oversees all Human Resources functions. She currently holds the position of Head, Finance & Operations.

Mayowa attained a B.Sc. in Cell Biology & Genetics and a M.Sc. in Environmental Toxicology & Pollution Management from the University of Lagos. She holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, CIPMN.

Femi is an ICT enthusiast having undergone extensive education and training in IT hardware, software development, telecommunication technology, project management and business.

He began his career with Ayayu Nigeria Limited as a Computer Operator and later joined Zenith Bank Plc working in the IT Operations unit of the bank where he was exposed to the IT automation of banking operational processes. He moved on to Gapbridge Microfinance Bank Limited as one of the pioneer staff of the bank and worked in different departments of the bank (Operations, ICT & Risk Management) eventually rose to become Group Head (Operations & Risk Management).

He joined Ikoyi Club 1938 in 2014 as ICT Manager and co-chair of the club’s project management office where he was instrumental to the automation of most of the club’s manual processes.

Chinonye brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in the credit industry to her role as head of credit at Crystal Finance. She is responsible for managing the company's credit facility portfolio, conducting thorough client creditworthiness analyses, and overseeing the structuring of credit facilities.

She holds a B.Sc. degree in Microbiology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Her career in finance began as a credit officer, where she honed her skills in credit management. Through progressive roles and continuous professional development, she has risen to her current leadership position. She actively participates in industry conferences and workshops to stay updated on evolving trends and innovations in credit management and has augmented her expertise through specialized training programs and courses including the Consumer Finance, by the Finance House Association of Nigeria(FHAN), Developing and marketing financial services, Risk Management and Portfolio Management.

Beyond her professional achievements, Chinonye enjoys reading and values opportunities to connect with new acquaintances. She believes that nothing is unachievable with the right mentality and a can-do spirit.

Ayodeji Faleto is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Corporate Finance, Credit Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, and Business Advisory. His skills encompass Economic Analysis, Due Diligence, Financial Modeling and Valuation, and Industry Analysis. Currently, Ayodeji applies his comprehensive knowledge to enhance financial integrity and compliance within the organization, ensuring robust internal controls and effective risk mitigation strategies.

Ayodeji holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has further enriched his expertise with professional certifications and training in Anti-Money Laundering, IFRS 9, Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, Loan Processing, Internal Audit and more. These credentials reflect his dedication to continuous learning and professional growth, enabling him to excel in today’s dynamic financial environment.

Ayodeji is also an AI researcher and developer, continually exploring innovative solutions to improve business processes and drive sustainable growth. His commitment to leveraging advanced technologies and versatile skills positions him as a forward-thinking leader in the financial industry.
